  • Maxima Loanz is not responsible for any rejection of loan applications.

5. Fees and Charges

  • Maxima Loanz does not charge any upfront fee for submitting applications via the Website.
  • Partner lenders may levy processing fees, prepayment charges, or other applicable fees which will be disclosed directly at the time of signing the loan agreement.
  • Users are advised to read lender agreements carefully before accepting any loan offer.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Maxima Loanz acts purely as a facilitator and is not liable for any act, omission, delay, rejection, or misrepresentation by third-party NBFCs/banks.

7. User Obligations
